WORK STEPS:

INQUIRY

Every successful work relationship starts with an inquiry. Try to include all the information that you have at the moment to make the process easier and faster for both sides. Include information like:

  • Amount of pictures

  • Deadlines

  • Wishes

  • Color/Retouch/Mood references.

  • Retouching deadlines depend on the amount/complexity and business of my working schedule. Usually 1 beauty picture takes 1-3 working days to finish, 1 fashion project (6-10 pictures) usually takes around 7-10 days. All the deadlines should be discussed separately for each projects. If you have specific deadlines please don’t forget to mention it in the inquiry!

  • Yes. Depending on the urgency of the project you will be charged with an additional 50-100% of the usual cost.

  • All before and after pictures are available on my website. I do not provide any additional before/after pictures due to legal restrictions on my contracts.

  • Yes. All of my test pictures are paid according to my usual rate. No additional discount provided.

After viewing your inquiry I will send you my current rate sheet.

  • Just like the deadlines, the price of my work depends on the amount/complexity and my schedule. You can check my current prices by writing an email: Grrn@yandex.ru or contacting me here.

  • All prices are in USD.

  • Yes. This is the most comfortable and convenient method for me.

  • Yes. I provide a 10% discount for all projects with the final cost over 300$. Discount can not be provided for the combined cost of several projects. Discount can not be provided if the project images aren’t provided within 30 days of ordering.

If the prices suits you and your budget I will need to receive the actual picture to see the amount of work that should be done.

  • You can use any convenient type of file for you: Jpeg, Tiff and all types of Raw files are fine.

  • The higher - the better. I totally understand if you’re hesitant to send me the original full sized file, so try to make sure that enough details are visible.

  • You can use any method that is comfortable for you. Common examples: Google drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer.

FINAL PRICE

After seeing the actual pictures I will respond to you with a notification about the final cost. If my price suits you I will provide you my current payment instructions.

Note! At the moment I don't have any official way to take payment from abroad due to the current political situation. Because of this reason you will be provided with a link to my business partner’s payment account, which has a legal permission to collect payments in my name. Due to that my partner wont be able to send you the invoices, so please be sure to mention that you need an invoice so I can prepare one for you.

  • I’m using PayPal for all of my working activities. Other services are not available at the moment.

  • Yes. Please read the additional note to get more info about it.

  • Yes. I’m working with fully prepaid pictures only. This rule can be discussed separately for the projects over 1500$.

  • I don’t charge my clients for coloring the pictures. Please scroll to Section 7 to find information about the fixes.

PAYMENT

When all the conditions are set and clear for both sides you can proceed the payment with the payment info given in previous step.

  • Yes. I’m using screenshots to verify and secure payments with my partner. Payments without screenshots can not be processed and will be refunded.

  • No, all taxes are included in the price.

FULL-SIZE PROVIDING

When payment is done and approved you can provide me with original sized files, that will be used for retouching.

  • You can use any convenient type of file for you: Jpeg, Tiff and all types of Raw files are fine.

  • Original sized file.

  • You can use any method that is comfortable for you. Common examples: Google drive, Dropbox, WeTransfer.

  • You can use any option that is comfortable for you. But it will be easier for both sides if I will receive pictures that are already colored according to your vision. Raw files without any color grading from client’s side or notes will be changed minimally.

RETOUCH

FIXES AND FINALS

When retouch is done you will receive a link with final files and notes(if needed). In case you don’t like the result you can send me a message with explanation of what would you like to be changed and references if possible.

  • I always use original type of file as final file for my client. If its not possible - Tiff files.

  • No. All the working files/actions/presets and settings are my intellectual property and will not be shared.

  • You can request fixes in case something is not up to your standards. I withhold the right to refuse a fix if it was not mentioned in the original instructions.

  • Amount of fixes is unlimited. BUT! All the fixes should be done within one round of edits. Additional rounds are allowed in case of misunderstanding from my side. Additional rounds are not allowed in case of impossibility of the client to clearly explain what exactly should be done.

  • Those situations should be discussed separately for each picture. In some cases fixes can be charged additionally to final cost.
